Initially he gave ashrama to Satya Priya Thirtharu, he went on a long tour to North India for Dharma Prachara.   At this time,  Sri Satyapoorna Thirtharu, felt that he is nearing Vaikunta Yathra, so he decided to give Ashrama to Sri Balacharya and renamed him as Satya Vijaya Theertharu and instructed him to handover the Matha adhipatya to Sri  Satya priya Thirtharu.
