Shri Satyaprajna Teertharu was the pontiff of Shri Uttaradi Matha during the period from 1942 to 1945. His purvasahrama name was Shri Pandurangi Jayacharya. After being initiated to Vedantha Samrajya, he took up the construction of Brindavana in Pandharapur to his beloved guru Shri Satyadhyana Teertharu and performed Mahasamaradhana in a large scale.

Vadirajateertharu brindavana is installed in Sodhe temple near Sirsi in Karnataka. The temple also has a pond Dhavalaganga which is very sacred and pilgrims take bath in this pond.
